Kutohni is an antagonist of Gachiakuta, and member of the Vandals organization, a group all of whom are Givers. Standing at only 4'11" (152cm) she is lean but is surprisingly muscular. She has short light blue hair with a huge ahoge, yellow eyes, and has several tattoos on her wrists and ankles. She wears a two-tone sleeveless crop top exposing midriff and navel, matching two-tone shorts, fingerless gloves, and a brown choker.
