Sid Meier's Civilization is turn-based strategy game franchise developed by Sid Meier's Firaxis games and published by various companies.
Each game features various civilizations from the past to present lead by the greatest leaders of that civilization regardless of timeline (Greeks led by Alexander The Great, Americas led by George Washington, Japan led by Oda Nobunaga, etc.), even fictional ones. Research various technologies to reach a new era of civilization and dominate every other civilization in various ways.
