business casual
A loosely-defined style of dress code at workplace which is different from formal clothes, but not considered casual. Notable examples of business casual topwear are blazer or suit jacket (while the colour can be different from the pants or skirt), dress shirt, turtlenecks, or a sweater over a collared shirt. Neckties are generally optional.
