It is a Wa Lolita New Years outfit, with a sleeveless kimono with a frilly petticoat underneath and shoulder frills, secured with a frilled obi with lace and a large bow, itself decorated with her halo. She wears detached sleeves with frilly layers, ending with ribbon trim and decorated with knotwork. Her outfit is primarily white and blue, with pink as an accent color.
