A woman wearing the uniform of a Playboy bunny (sometimes referred to unofficially as a "bunnysuit"). In Japan, the concept has been divorced from the Playboy brand, and they are simply known as "bunny girls".

The Playboy bunny uniform consists of a strapless leotard, fake rabbit ears, a fake rabbit tail, detached cuffs, a detached collar with a bowtie, black pantyhose, and high heels. Common variations include substituting the pantyhose with [[fishnet pantyhose|fishnets] or thighhighs, and the omission of any part of the outfit other than the ears and leotard.

A Playboy Bunny was originally a cocktail waitress who worked at a Playboy Club. The first Playboy Bunny costume was introduced when Hugh Hefner opened his first Playboy Club in Chicago in 1960.
