A character from Gundam. He first appeared in Mobile Suit Gundam from 1979 as a little child. He also appears in Zeta Gundam (1985) as a youngster.
Originally called Katz Howan, he is adopted by Hayato Kobayashi and takes his second name after The One Year War. Katz Kobayashi becomes a member of the crew of the AEUG battleship, The Argama, and fights as a Nemomobile suit and a Core Fighter/G-Defenser combat pilot against the oppressive Titans during The Gryps War.
Sadly, Katz dies during the final space battle of the Gryps conflict, killed by Yazan Gable in his Hambrabi.
