The sole protagonist of the fourth television series in the Kamen Rider franchise.
Adopted by a local tribe after surviving a plane crash in the Amazon rainforest, he returns to Japan to take back a sacred armlet that had been stolen from his village.
A departure from his cyborg predecessors, Amazon resembles a combination of a giant lizard and possibly a piranha (people are still not sure). Despite his unique look, he still retains the traditional scarf and compound eyes of a Kamen Rider.
