Hero of the fifth Kamen Rider series.

Shigeru Jou volunteers to be made into one of Black Satan's cyborg soldiers, suspicious of their involvement in his friend's murder. With the operation complete, he escapes their headquarters taking a fellow altered human with him, Tackle. Together, they begin their campaign against evil.

Stronger has large green compound eyes and the letter "S" emblazoned on his chest. His design is based on the Japanese rhinoceros beetle.
