She most notably sits on top of the Fat Manatomic bomb, in reference to how she was used to transport the component of the Fat Man in real life. Eventually the radiation symbol on her nuke was replaced with a cutesy devil face for untranslated reasons even though both the Japanese and Chinese playerbase took no offense to its presence and even seemed to resent the change.
