As with other shipgirls with Native American-related names, she is a dark-skinned girl with very long light pink twintails with a heart ahoge and heterochromatic eyes - the left yellow, the right blue. She has facepaint underneath her eyes and her mouth is covered by a metallic turtleneck. Her attire is comprised of white uneven legwear, a white underboob-exposing bandeau, partly fingerless black gloves, mechanical horns, and grey rudder footwear. Her rigging takes shape as two gigantic mechanical arms mounted on her upper back.

She sits on top of the Fat Man atomic bomb, in reference to how she was used to transport the component of the Fat Man in real life. Eventually the radiation symbol on her nuke was replaced with a cutesy devil face.

Her sister Portland is a notorious siscon towards her.
