A character from "World Crusher", one of Mochimako's original universe/story. Her nickname is ロエ (Loe).
She was born in France, raised in New York and currently living in Japan. She is a "Transer", who has an ability that can transfer herself from "Trans World" (our earth) to a fantasy world called "Cis world." She always works alongside her (beloved?) fellow transer, Annerose Redrum.
