チェッタ

Rachel, known as Chetta (チェッタ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Masters EX.

Having served as one of Lear’s retainers since she was young, she always has Lear on her mind. Despite her unique, lighthearted tone, she’s actually a hard worker (official bio).

She has purple eyes, long drilled hair with blunt bangs, and purple lips. She wears eyeshadow, some red-tinted shades, a white coat, a sleeveless collared top with a red tie, shorts, odd tights, and black platform boots.
