A temporary transformation form of Kamen Rider Faiz. Set the memory attached to Faiz Axel to Faiz Driver, and after transforming, press button on the Faiz Axel to unlock high-speed movement (equal to the speed of sound) for 10 seconds.
The super speed granted by Faiz' Axel Form allows him to spam his Exceed Charge finishers: either by hitting a single opponent with it several times, or hitting individual finishing move onto each member of a group composed of several enemies.
Its main user is Inui Takumi, who is the primary wearer of the Faiz Gear. Kiba Yuji also used this form once when he temporarily took the mantle of Faiz.
