One of the movie-exclusive Kamen Riders from Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost. Psyga is patterned after the Greek letter psi (Ψ). He is infamous for only speaking English (due to his actor being incapable of speaking Japanese).

His Rider Gear boasts more specs than the originals from the TV series. However, he is still defeated by Kamen Rider Faiz due to the latter being much more experienced in comparison.
