Kamen Rider Kaixa is the second Rider to appear in Kamen Rider 555. Kaixa has a black color scheme, with yellow Photon Blood running through the armor. Kaixa is patterned after a hornet and the Greek letter chi (Χ). Its main user is the very friendly and trustworthy Kusaka Masato.

Spec-wise, Kaixa is stronger than Faiz' base form, but is slower in comparison. Furthermore, unlike the Faiz Gear, which rejects the attempting wearer if he/she is neither an Orphnoch nor has sufficient Orphnoch DNA implanted into his/her body, the Kaixa Gear kills the wearer if he/she uses up all of his/her Orphnoch DNA upon transforming without any warning. Thus, the very friendly and trustworthy Kusaka is also very blessed to be implanted with a vast amount of Orphnoch DNA into his body, allowing him to safely transform into Kaixa several times.
