Bending the wrist far backward, either by means of letting it fall backwards limply, or having it pressed up against something. The opposite of palmar flexion.
Indicating towards something. (Note that in Japan, pointing with one's finger may be considered rude, so using the whole hand is a polite/formal alternative).
