When the wrist hangs forward loosely. The opposite of dorsiflexion of the wrist.

• A beckoning / "Come here" gesture.
• (Japan) when waving the hand horizontally in front of the face - “I can’t help you”, “It wasn’t me”, or “I don’t want it”.
• Wafting a scent either closer or farther away.
• Fanning self with own hand.
• Showing off a ring or nail polish.
• "Enchanté"; presenting hand for a kiss.
• Checking watch gesture.
• 'Dinosaur hands' / 'raptor hands', zombie pose, ghost pose, rabbit pose.
• Shooing gesture; go away gesture.
• Effeminate gestures: girly running, girly boys, etc.
• Marionette movements; puppet movements.
