A closer equivalent would be "Ba-blah!"; the sound you make when sticking your tongue out. Yukari picking it up as baba/old hag instead would indeed seem intentional.

Actually, while all youkai can eventually regenerate after injuries like these, it can take several years for the weaker ones to heal from severe wounds.

Yukaris body was later be used as fertilizer in yuukas garden beaten, burnt, & broken with her head seemed to have bin rip off and two burnt holes are now where the eyes should have been no one ever found out who killed yukari or where her body was but when the news reported her messing and friends of yuuka or seki know talked about it they would smile warmly as if remembering a fond memory.
