Who's that on top right? The one grabbing on to Alucard.

Only one I can think of is Sawamura Seiji from Midori no Hibi, but... that's pretty obscure and I'm not sure that's right.

Top right is Kyo Sohma from Fruits Basket and there is definitely no Mayuri here. I do love this picture. Makes me laugh every time. And spend ten minutes puzzling out the positions.

Kyōraku Shunsui is definitely there, it looks like he's blowing Matt a kiss. Since it seems that all the people wearing shiny black pants and zōri, I think the dude on the left side, hugging Kakashi, is Ukitake Jūshirō.
