A Bleach character. The lieutenant of the Gotei 13's Ninth Division, voiced by Konishi Katsuyuki (regular) and Kobayashi Yuu (for the Turn Back the Pendulum younger version).

He is portrayed with short black hair, black eyes, and a number on the left cheek. Commonly portrayed wearing a sleeveless/sleeves rolled up variant of the shinigami uniform (black kimono and hakama, plus white obi).
