Why is the "Real Life" tag there though? If we used that for something that is only remotely connected to real event like this, then very uncomfortably large number of vtuber related work would have to get that tag as well.
Because in this picture, she's drawn in the style of that photograph of Takeuchi Mariya associated with the song, so that's why it's tagged takeuchi_mariya; and then because that's a real person, it also gets the real_life tag.
