This is AL Nagato's new design, which was officially announced the day before yesterday on Chinese stream and yesterday on Japanese AL twitter.

BTW the old design was never released, but unpacted from the source codes. Only the chibi figure on the enemy side used the old design.
(This is the case for many AL girls. They usually get a face change before the actual release.)
