I believe the sign in panel 3 reads "隕門肉食公司". I know the latter part means "butcher" or "meat company", but I'm not 100% sure of the first two hanzi. Even if I've guessed their appearance correctly, I have no idea how they'd be pronounced.
If that first character is indeed 廈, then I'd never recognize it as such. Since I'm ignorant of Chinese, why would that one make more sense?
Never mind, upon closer look it seems unlikely it's Xiamen, the bushou is different. It's nothing, 廈門 is just a city in China. 隕門 still makes no sense to me though.

Actually, I'd say it is 廈門肉食公司. I believe it's a Street Fighter 2 reference, and the meat shop in that game is indeed 廈門肉食公司. The hand writing here is beyond shitty. Edit: Apparently it was also an actual company in 80s Hong Kong.

Riviel was asking why, at the time, the Street Fighter tag hadn't been added, since I'd mentioned adding a translation note on the sign. I wasn't sure if the visual reference was enough to merit the tag, but then figured, "Why the heck not?"
