I hear this game sold poorly in NA due to the terrible English localization, so can someone explain how the ring system works? I can tell that the player can only take one heroine with him along, so the ring is supposed to link the two together, but does Ryuna have suppressed rage she's transmitting to Xion or something?

Or...the ring is Xion's anus and Ryuna putting it on is...well I'll leave that there...

Among things; though it seems Xion's nature contrasts with that of his ally, thus affecting him. But it suffered from being mid tier in a limited economy (usally better games to get at any time)
