Since the theme of this year's Kojisai is cosplay, I've compiled all the official cross-dressing I know. All the numbers next to the images are based on the episode/chapter numbers and the text of the novelization only. Congratulations James!
Kojisai (コジ祭; short for コジロウ祭 Kojirou Matsuri) is a festival held on 26 May of each year to celeberate the Pokemon character James (Japanese name: Kojirou), as that day and month combination can be read as kojiro.
