Generally, I take these on a case-by-case basis. I disagree with S1eth that the text in the image doesn't matter; it is, after all, a part of the image. However, if the content of the image contradicts the words being spoken strongly - in this case, characters being referred to as "children" when they are most evidently not so - then the words take a backseat.

I'd say no for this image. Go with what you see. Tianzi is a bit taller and longer-limbed than usual here. She's in that grey zone between full-out loli and just "not legal in the states."
