post #272297, post #585418, post #723606, and post #742110 would qualify, I'd say. The others aren't explicit, nor sufficiently suggestive, enough; the equivalent featuring female characters wouldn't get the loli tag, either, for the same reason.

Usually, yes. The child tag is there for when young characters are present, but are neither taking part in anything sexual nor being displayed in a lewd or strongly suggestive fashion.
If a child is present in the image, but not as part of the action, it may be used. (This situation is quite rare, however, and doesn't usually occur outside of comedy.)
Example: post #281008 - the kid walks in on a sex act, but is not part of it, nor is she being shown in a sexual light.

I guess rantuyetmai tagged it for Marisa in the bottom right...
Reimu's figure is clearly that of a teenager, Marisa is only a bit shorter.
I'm not sure how this works, but I'm almost certain this is breaking the line.
