It might be bad to use the handle of an already-deleted Twitter account, but unless someone has a way of tracking down no-arttag bad_id's from their Pixiv, both of the images that will use the tag are from the dead Twitter. and since all the images on their Pixiv were deleted, I can't use the "start an upload->click create artist" loophole to find out what their stacc name is.
