What is their stacc name?

tomannga

A neat little trick I learned recently is that if you click the Create new artist link under the Fetch source data, the page it opens to will have the STACC name be in the Name field by default, whereas the artist name seems to go in the Other names field.

Thanks, I didn't know this!

I noticed post #3314955 had a source but an artist_request tag. So I follow source and find pixiv and twitter for "Jorinz", create the jorinz artist tag and enter the urls. But when I tried to find the stacc name I discovered he's already in the artist db under that: 448306065. How do I delete or merge the two entries?

Also, how do I find the stacc name in general? There used to be a link to a member's feed on their member page, which gave the stacc name in the url, but Pixiv redesigned those pages a month or two ago and the link is gone.

Only Builder and above level members can delete and undelete artist entries, help:users contain most of the information you need about member levels.
As for the artist, the uploader may have forgotten adding the artist, I've deleted the older entry (artist #178590). Currently there are two ways to find the stacc name. First, via the bookmarklet, when you upload an image that doesn't have an artist entry if you click "Create new Artist" it will fill up the stacc name of the artist as the default artist name. Alternatively you can go to their stacc link via your own stacc feed. If you follow an artist go to your own feed, when you see the artist's profile icon click it, it will direct you to their stacc link.
