It won't matter in the end. It's like adding more lanes to a freeway but there's still traffic. Adding more approvers won't change the way stuff gets approved, the new ones will just do the same thing the current ones are doing. Good stuff will continue getting deleted, it's all vibes based and dependent on their taste and what they feel like approving at the time. That's just the way this site fundamentally works. It's sad, really.

Now, as much as I feel tempted to lash out against our beloved approvers for... ahem.... disagreements over what is worthy of being approved or not, let's operate on a good-faith assumption: a lot of time, a given approver simply won't see what you uploaded. At all. That's just the nature of the site: too many uploaders, too few curators (approvers). Ironically, the low upload limits are intended to prevent this.... but it's still a problem.
If your upload won't get noticed fast, chances are, it's going down the drain. And from what I was told, privately messaging a given approver - I tried this once under the assumption that "that approver who keeps approving my stuff is my pal" - is rude and heavily discouraged.
Either way, complaining - which is what we are doing - won't get us far. If anything, chances are, they are going to ignore our uploads as a petty revenge.

my first upload for that X post was for some reason only a snapshot of the video despite me putting the same link in, probably something wrong with how danbooru fetches X posts but that one got approved but the actual live2d video isn't approved!?
Could someone please give feedback on this post? I’m a bit confused — a lower-resolution duplicate post was uploaded an hour later and got approved, while this one didn’t. Am I missing something?

I assume there are periods of time where the Approvers are quite busy or inactive, is my guess
A few more failed appeals for now.

I wonder why post #9978237 is not getting approved.
It's pretty similar to post #9978202 by the same artist that has been already approved.
I guess it just is not as good as the second one... But still, I'd be glad to have some feedback.
