The only one of those things that is relevant is the quality. Porn gets a disproportionate number of favorites regardless of quality. Posts should be thoroughly tagged, but they don't affect the art in any way and are also unrelated to whether a post gets approved (in theory).
Don't get why post #9251708 was rejected - doesn't seem that much worse than the artist's other works, like post #2199208 or post #1841684 (both of which were approved).

It looks fine to me, honestly- the only thing that struck me as POSSIBLY weird is the lower legs, but they're probably fine, especially given how it's animated and the fisheye lens that seems to be applied. In my experience, approvers tend to be harder on this sort of western work, so it's probably that, though I'll get a second opinion myself on it
