Accidental duplicate created, tried to verify if artist was pre-existing and it wasn't until the last upload that I found a duplicate to track back to the original artist tag.

Same artist, they don't link their (relatively) SFW twitter/pixiv (ooeyama ken) to their NSFW twitter/pixiv (amanda kenny) for some reason.

Then no, leave them separated. Don't identify them in their wikis either.

Normal expectation is that if an artist is making an effort to separate their profiles, then we should respect that and not alias them together either. I'll leave this as a meh purely because the name is uniquely identifying but it's pretty obvious from looking at their profiles that they want it to be a secret or difficult to find. I prefer we keep these separate and write a wiki that mentions keeping their SFW/NSFW profiles separate without directly linking or mentioning what the other account is (AKA don't do what you did with forum #389295, I had to change those wikis).
