Multiple artists do. That doesn't mean they always have to be qualified or have all names in the artist tag.

Not sure, they don't link each other or have anything that suggests a connection. I found one old one but it's a Pixiv URL shortener that's shut down so I can't fish out where it's actually supposed to redirect to (there was two on the Twitpic).

AniDB seemed convinced of it, though it's harder for me to double check right now because I'm not logged into twt on mobile and I guess something in the codebase updated which means logged out users get an epileptic refresh loop of light/dark mode when attempting to view any page on the bird site. At least one JP site also lists it as their acct though.

From what I found, anything referencing Iwamoto Rina did mention that yuzu_ponx was her Twitter account so I know that at least is a valid connection but it's the Pixiv account that I can't figure out since it doesn't link to the Twitter and the Twitter accounts don't link to it.
Maybe it's pointless skepticism on my part since I'd like to believe a former Janitor wasn't mindlessly adding links when creating entries, and if they truly never linked then the link would never get there to begin with, especially not at the tag's creation. I guess this one can stand.
