Why not just use the name of the card itself? Is it not unique to this card or something?
Mostly came in here to posit post #5152182 as another potential contender for this tag, I suppose.

The name of the card would be [Fire at My Heels] Kitasan Black in Global, though I think something like kitasan_black_ssr_speed_card_(umamusume) would be better

This would run the risk of another Kitasan Black SSR speed card being created, seeing as several characters already have two cards of the same rarity and stat.
People usually associate the phrase "Harikitte ikou!" with this card. That is the exact phrase I hear whenever anyone is memeing on it. Therefore, I posit harikitte ikou (meme) as a possible meme.
Or alternatively, kitasan black card parody (meme) if we need to be more specific.
harikitte ikou shouldn't be used as most posts don't have that phrase
I would go with "fire at my heels (kitasan black support card)" or "kitasan black support card (fire at my heels)"

I think most people only know this as an SSR card and not a speed card though
