What I mean by standardizing is, standardizing outside of proper titles, so this doesn't concern Machigai Darake no Cthulhu Shinwa TRPG. This is about the shortening of tabletop RPG in neutral/English contexts, so qualifiers and wikis.
@MiaAqua's enthusiasm for Call of Cthulhu inspired this, as their scenario copytags use the Japanese TRPG as opposed to the English TTRPG. As a result, Metalhead (TTRPG) is now vastly outnumbered by qualifiers using the Japanese shorthand, and the same may apply to the choice of shorthand in wikis too.
So we should decide whether we want to go with TTRPG or with TRPG, and stick with it (with the other only being mentioned if necessary, ala context). Possibly also decide on what we want for TTRPG scenarios qualifier-wise too, whether it should just be the shorthand, or "shorthand scenario", if we want to make it easier to distinguish from actual tabletop RPG games as opposed to simple scenarios.
