Standardizing the shorthand for tabletop RPG

What I mean by standardizing is, standardizing outside of proper titles, so this doesn't concern Machigai Darake no Cthulhu Shinwa TRPG. This is about the shortening of tabletop RPG in neutral/English contexts, so qualifiers and wikis.

@MiaAqua's enthusiasm for Call of Cthulhu inspired this, as their scenario copytags use the Japanese TRPG as opposed to the English TTRPG. As a result, Metalhead (TTRPG) is now vastly outnumbered by qualifiers using the Japanese shorthand, and the same may apply to the choice of shorthand in wikis too.

So we should decide whether we want to go with TTRPG or with TRPG, and stick with it (with the other only being mentioned if necessary, ala context). Possibly also decide on what we want for TTRPG scenarios qualifier-wise too, whether it should just be the shorthand, or "shorthand scenario", if we want to make it easier to distinguish from actual tabletop RPG games as opposed to simple scenarios.

I think it should be *_(call_of_cthulhu) not *_(ttrpg_scenario), since these aren't just any TTRPG scenarios, they're specifically CoC scenarios.

Let's double-check with the expert on the matter: @MiaAqua, would you agree that the scenario tags should be qualified specifically with Call of Cthulhu as opposed to having general TTRPG scenario qualifiers? Presumably they are exclusive to CoC and can't really be ported to other systems, right? If they can be, that'd warrant keeping them generic, no?

Can’t say I’m an expert (just really got into CoC last year) but yeah, so far all the scenarios I saw were for Call of Cthulhu only. It’s just that in Japan, CoC is so big that it almost becomes synonymous with the whole TTRPG scene, so I thought tagging them generically was fine. If it helps to differentiate them from other non-CoC scenarios though, I agree with changing the qualifier.
