This tag is literally just "Abydos student in a gym uniform". There is nothing remotely unique or identifiable about the outfit in post #11057724; it's literally just a plain white shirt and a buruma. Some posts have track jackets, but aside from a logo on the chest, they look just like any other track jacket.

I don't see why we nuked this. Artists aren't just randomly drawing these characters in burumas and white shirts, they're specifically drawing this outfit. And if we know they're drawing something specific it only makes sense to have a tag for it.

Danbooru has outfit tags for characters in nothing but a towel. This is officially worn by Blue Archive characters. It stands to reason people will will want to search for them. They aren't outfit tags because it's a uniform. How is it not even worth that?

It's as easy to identify on an Abydos character as any other outfit tag. Do you need the logo to identify the track jacket Hina is wearing in post #11168003? And do Blue Archive characters wear white shirt with aqua trim in any other situation?

So what, are we also going to make allied_hyakkiyako_academy_sportswear? And gehenna_academy_sportswear? And millenium_science_school_sportswear? There's one for Trinity too. At their most similar, several of these uniforms are identical save for the color of the buruma and the trim on their shirts, and at their most different, they still have barely anything unique about them. With how little they stand out, they're the kind of gym uniform that an artist might draw on their OC from memory. All of them, by the way, can just be found with a "chartag gym_uniform" search. It becomes more annoying when they share a school with skins like Yuuka (Track) (Blue Archive), but even if we had tags like millenium_science_school_sportswear, that wouldn't even help here because all Yuuka (Track) posts would be tagged with it anyway.

If every student had a unique gymwear outfit I would be advocating for outfit tags for every character. No matter how generic (but recognisable) they might be, the characters wear the outfit officially and so artists draw it. At this moment the correct way to tag these costumes is gymwear + official alternate costume. If we acknowledge the presence of these outfits anyway, why aren't we just tagging them?

If Hina wears the Abydos Sportswear outfit, then it's: gymwear + cosplay??? Even though users recognise the outfit and the artist is drawing the specific outfit with intent, there's no way to indicate it.

Gehenna Academy Sportswear doesn't exist at the moment, so the alternative post #7323433 ended up resorting to was tagging it as a cosplay of Haruna. Others have created tags like Izumi (Track) (Blue Archive) for lack of a gentag.

The (Track) characters just show we're already identifying and tagging these outfits anyway without issue. Hoshino has over a hundred posts of the Abydos Sportswear outfit by herself. Hundreds more posts have that same outfit on other characters. That many posts of artists trying to draw the same thing should be grouped under a single tag.
