Tagging another character in a painting?

I was going to upload a picture of one character painting a portrait of another character (the character that is being painted is not posing in the picture). The painting of the character is... somewhat abstract. Should I tag the painted character as well? Or would that not qualify for tagging them?

First of all, you can ask these questions in topic #12251. Second of all, it would help if you actually posted the picture you're talking about somewhere.
