Sitting on ball has the character sitting on a ball, however neither on ball, nor sitting are implied by this tag. This is contrary to other related tags such as sitting on box where on box and sitting are both implied.

I forgot about this but lying on ball and leaning on ball currently do not imply their respective tags either.

These are just tandem tags. The sitting on_ball and lying on_ball searches work perfectly fine for finding these posts.
I'm hesitant to do the same to leaning_on_ball, however, as leaning seems like a rather shit tag. Nothing currently implies it, and as such it's full of all sorts of things - there's characters leaning on random crap, but also stuff like leaning_to_the_side or leaning_back where the character is just leaning in a direction, and not against something. At the very least, leaning_on_ball should imply ball.
