What about hatsune_miku_(voice_talent)?
"Voice talent" has the same problem as "voice actor" in that it's not accurate, she's not an actual person who is providing their voice, she's a digital instrument. And it also doesn't address the problem of creating another qualifier so if we're going that route, might as well use "voicebank" which is the correct term.

Putting "voice" aside and going back to "voicebank", that's probably the optimal choice unless there's some inherent problem with creating another qualifier. I've only mentioned Hatsune Miku since she's the most common but I'm sure there are already plenty of posts with other voicebanks being used, like Kasane Teto (post #11003411, post #11120509), so there already exists a niche for this new qualifier to populate.
