It's probably because I mentioned forum #270399 here. The requests are to remove the implications from the umbrella tags and add them to the actual chartags.

I looked at the topics that led the implication to be removed and to me she's similar to Rin in that Astraea's personality is influenced by Luvia, but so is Parvati. However she doesn't have other vessels yet like Ishtar (Fillia) and the possibility of more costumes being released is low.

Currently not. Uesugi Kenshin is a new servant, she's Nagao Kagetora using her most popular name with different costumes and personality.
