Yeah, it's probably AI. You can make a disclaimer by creating a wiki page with the artist's name as the title; the wiki's content will then appear on their bio.

To determine if it's AI, the easiest way is looking for differences in the variant.

The first post is without a doubt AI, the nipples inside the bra are a mess, there's a lump where the left nipple shouldn't be. An artist capable of creating an image like this wouldn't mess basic details like this.
guilegaze still looks pretty bad, they claim to just be assisted but when comparing i.e. post #11134424 to post #9199216 I'm not sure what the human part is, maybe at most the lineart but even there I'm sceptical.
