AI-generated art check thread

post #8608408 Background is oddly noisy, especially relative to the rest of the style. Based on a post of a different piece of theirs on reddit with a timelapse, my guess is mostly hand drawn and then AI used for the coloring and background (that piece has a similar effect, where it has a glossy, cel-shading kind of style, but also a strange amount of noise). And they seem to have been accused of AI-generation before and the timelapse was some kind of response to that. So ai-assisted may be appropriate here? But I'm not sure because the end result seems to be that functionally, you can zoom in and see tells of AI noise, so maybe it would fall under ai-generated.

Flagged this one, a lot of things didn't add up, heck one of their posts on twitter straight up has the wrong name on it. The one linked here just got slapped with the AI-Generated tag too

The eyes are suspicious too me and the style is exactly the same as their previously deleted arts with much more obvious artifacting.

Could use a second opinion on this artist.

Seems fine, but some elements of the profile seems strange, most notably having this much art from about a year ago but only a single follower.

I agree that the art seems real, it's very consistent in style and quality and there's nothing that comes off as AI to me.
I think you're mixing up the amount of accounts the artist is following with the amount of accounts that is following the artist. It's not odd for an artist to only be following the pixiv account, which is by default and never follow anyone else.

The filename is pretty standard for Skeb requests, and it was posted on Twitter in August 2022. It looks consistent with the artist's works going back to 2018, so I doubt it was generated.

Not sure honestly, but i did take a look at their Twitter/Pixiv and saw this post which looks pretty out of place with their other art

Looks like straight AI to me, just look at the fingers closely in their other posts, they are a complete mess

As you said, this looks out of place. Perhaps they started using another AI. Apart from certain details which look like squiggles on her clothes, what stands out the most to me is her bangs trying to merge with her eyelashes and failing.
