create alias aragami_ouga -> aragami_oga
create implication hololive_alternative -> hololive
create alias hoshimati_suisei -> hoshimachi_suisei
Changing Coco and Oga's current tags to their official romanizations as seen on the Hololive website, and implicating Alternative to the main tag.

Added the Hoshimati -> Hoshimachi implication as well for simplified tagging. Haachama is aliased to Haato in the same vein, so should be alright.

And her Twitter handle has it as "Hosimati".
