Can the mods merge two artist tags?

I'd like to make the case that zakouji_shousa and makita_yoshiharu are one and the same.

It's been suspected that zakouji_shousa is makita_yoshiharu under a new name --And Makita_Yoshiharu's artist page and clicking on their home page ( http://satellite4.sakura.ne.jp/PDW/ ), it leads to their new twitter account (https://twitter.com/yoshi_makita) -- and lists their pixiv as the following: https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/3869 -- which is also the same one attributed to zakouji_shousa -- conversely, that pixiv page lists https://twitter.com/yoshi_makita as their twitter -- basically confirming they're one and the same.

So, can the mods merge the two artists tags?

As per above. For future reference, the way to request for two artists to be merged is to go to topic #7713, click "Request alias/implication" at the top of the page, then type "create alias old_artist -> new_artist" in the alias request form.
