Not sure if I should me making a new thread or posting in topic #15162, but here goes.
Some posts I've seen, such as post #3088177 and post #3150518, use multiple languages in addition to English in the commentary. And in these cases, if the non-English languages aren't translated yet, the commentary tag would be erroneous because the post technically hasn't been completely translated yet (and to my understanding, the commentary and commentary_request tags are supposed to be mutually exclusive).
I figure we should unimplicate english_commentary -> commentary, then? Or was this intended?
