hmm... i think that is called a halter dress but i'm not sure. i don't think there is a tag for a chain that is part of a dress because if there were it would be called dress chain like dress bow and dress ribbon

Personally, I would tag it as a bandeau or tube top + crop top. In my opinion, it doesn’t really look like a bra.

I'm guessing this is a no, but: Should pictures that include unmodified images of fine art (like post #8769769, with Gustav Klimt's The Kiss) also get the creator of that art as an artist tag? (Say, artist:gustav_klimt.)
