This appears to be a new meme, but I don't know its origin or name.
The origin is most likely this Twitter post: post. The original was "copying yaoi", so you could go with "copying_robot" or something similar.

I'll be honest, I'm not confident in the way I'm tagging Qiuyuan (Wuthering Waves) aside from chinese clothes. Anyone have any tag suggestions based on his appearance? Particularly it's the quasi-shirt-ripped-cloak thing that is troubling to find an adequate tag for.

I am not sure what to call that either, but I think it could be counted as a poncho. You might also want to include the “vambraces” tag onto there. Sorry if I couldn’t be of much more help.
