nagano rira's goat "sisters" from post #7913614 and others are all over the place, either tagged as girls, futa, or otoko no ko.
The artist calls them neesan♂, but can settle on one set of tags, like 2boys and male_with_breasts, or maybe 2girls and futa_without_pussy?

You don't need to write "char:" before the tag. All tags are marked as general tag by default when created.
To change this: (Tag should already be created!)
1. Go to the Tags tab on the top bar
2. Search for your tag (or select it at the top if it's the newest)
3. Click the three dots to the right of each line
4. Click the topmost "Edit" label
5. You'll see a selection of tag categories.

leg_blade, I believe. Though it ranges from having a blade attached to one's leg to having a blade as their leg.
