Would post #3649425 get the bandaids_on_nipples and bandaid_on_pussy tags? The parts where her underwear covers her nipples and pussy are bandaids, but since they aren't actual bandaids I'm not sure.

I would tag it. Its kinda trolly towards anyone with a bandaid fetish but the intent of the image is clearly to associate with that trope.

The tag for another view set inside a circle or rectangle is inset. It's criminally underused, but I've seen it paired with close-up for posts that zoom in on the action like this one does. For instance, post #411681 and post #3353630 (both explicit).

I thought of that, but this is more of a band? Like arm garter, for example.

Is correct to tag posts of non-bipedal animals, monsters and monster girls as standing? Does digitigrade/plantigrade matter?

If you would use standing with the animal the creature is based on, I’d say yes. A horse can be standing, so you could tag a centaur as standing too.
I guess standing only applies if the legs supporting the creature are (mostly) straight. If the legs are bent, it’s usually kneeling, squatting, sitting or something like that. I don’t think it really works with creatures that have legs at the sides, such as anything spider-based.
Lamias don’t even have legs that could be straight and the snakes they’re based on don’t stand either; they lie on the ground or slither around and maybe raise their head.
I think I’d only use standing when it fits pretty obviously for the creature at hand. When in doubt, I wouldn’t tag it.

Having a bit of trouble tagging this.
Is there a tag for her type of hairstyle? Also having trouble with the cat toys. Are there tags for any of them?

The hair looks like twin_braids + short_hair_with_long_locks.
As for the toys, I see a stuffed_mouse and a cat_teaser, not sure about the rest.
